YOUJI Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in Bali District, New Taipei City, specializing in the manufacture of special-purpose machines.

Due to the expansion of production scale, the factory was relocated to Luzhu District, Kaohsiung City, and the business projects were expanded to include turning, milling, drilling, boring spindle heads and various hydraulic sliding tables, etc.

CNC vertical lathe series YV320 has led the successful research and development among its peers in Taiwan.

The CNC horizontal lathe series YH25 was successfully developed, and the hydraulic turret was also successfully developed ahead of Taiwan's industry peers. Additionally, a second factory was expanded, and products began to be sold overseas to regions such as Thailand, Indonesia, and Europe. 

A Taichung branch was established, and contracts were signed with 5 overseas agents. The number of employees increased to 58, and the capital increased to NT$50 million.

Signed agency contracts with 20 overseas agents.

The capital increased to NT$90 million, the number of employees increased to more than 100, and the turnover increased to NT$350 million.

The company obtained the CE certification.

The company obtained the EMC certification and expanded its factory premises by approximately 10,000 square meters again.

Successfully developed the vertical machining center series VMC, further improved the performance of vertical lathes, and officially entered the aerospace processing industry.

Successfully developed the CNC vertical lathe VTL series. Internationally renowned aircraft engine manufacturers such as American GE, Pratt & Whitney, and British Rolls-Royce, as well as their affiliated enterprises, have officially adopted YOUJI's large vertical lathes for aircraft engine processing.

CNC reverse vertical lathe YR320 has been successfully developed, integrating the spindle head with the manipulator to solve the biggest cutting problem of lathe automation.

The CNC reverse vertical lathe HV-320 has been successfully developed, and automated production has been officially introduced into the processing concept of vertical lathes, and the vertical lathe and inverted lathe are combined into an automated CNC processing machine.

YOUJI's head office increased its investment in the mainland market and set up a sales and service center in Shanghai. In the same year, YOUJI YV-1600ATC vertical CNC lathe entered various locomotive factories under the Ministry of Railways of China and took on the processing of most of the locomotive key parts of the North-South Group.

Successfully developed the VMC1100-2S double-spindle vertical machining center. A subsidiary was established in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, officially adopting the name "YOUJI Machinery Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.". The marketing and service team was expanded, and a spare parts supply warehouse and a machine tool exhibition workshop were set up. This enabled faster response to after-sales service, improved service quality, won extensive trust from customers, and further enhanced YOUJI's reputation in the mainland market.

The company has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. It successfully developed horizontal machining centers, and the YV-1600ATC+C vertical CNC lathes were smoothly adopted by enterprises under Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). This made the state-owned enterprise users, who had long trusted European and American machine tools, experience the high quality and high stability of YOUJI machine tools. Coupled with the diligent, dedicated work spirit and down-to-earth technical style of YOUJI employees, the quality of each delivered machine tool and the service philosophy have established a good corporate image in the minds of customers.

The head office expanded its factory to 17,500 square meters. The Kunshan factory carried out the assembly of horizontal CNC lathes for the first time, and all precision indicators met the design standards of the Taiwan head office.

It has successfully developed large-scale vertical car exchange work disk devices, VTS series of vertical lathes for bearing processing, and double sliding pillow vertical lathes; the turnover of the head office is about 2 billion yuan. Seeing that the growth rate of nearly twice the production capacity is still unable to meet the serious imbalance between supply and demand, the head office decided to buy 90 mu of land in Kunshan and plan to build a mainland production base with an annual output of 200 CNC lathes. The first phase of the factory will start at the end of the year. So far, the number of Chinese oil engine employees has increased from 30 in 2003 to 80.

Successfully developed a platform sleeper with a processing length of 6 meters and a VTL3000ATC large vertical lathe, which is the largest vertical lathe in Taiwan; the first phase of the 5,000-square-meter new factory of China Oil Machinery was completed, and the number of employees increased to 100. In the same year, the sales of China Oil Machinery reached NT$900 million.

Successfully developed the VTH4000ATC large vertical lathe with hydrostatic bearings and small gantry machining centers; the turnover of the head office reached approximately NT$4.5 billion.

The head office successfully developed the floor-type boring and milling machine as well as the moving beam type five-axis machining center.

The 20,000-square-meter Phase III workshop and administrative building of the Kunshan factory were completed and put into use, and the company officially introduced ERP operation. It also purchased an additional 78 mu of land, the number of employees increased to 260, and the annual sales volume reached NT$1.5 billion. China YOUJI obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

"YOUJI Machinery Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd." was officially renamed "YOUJI Machinery Industry (China) Co., Ltd.".

China YOUJI has successfully independently developed a truss automation production line.

China YOUJI successfully developed and delivered 4 intelligent joint automation production lines of brake discs.

China YOUJI successfully developed and delivered 2 hydraulic transmission housing/hydraulic transmission shaft intelligent joint automation production lines.

China YOUJI has successfully developed and delivered two intelligent production lines for gear truss.

The company is rated as a provincial engineering technology center, with 24 valid patents, including 2 invention patents and 3 invention patents in the actual examination, with 2 key talents with high skills in Kunshan City and 29 outstanding talents with high skills in Kunshan City.

The 15th anniversary of the founding of YOUJI in China - Factory Celebration. 

The construction of the 9,888-square-meter Phase IV factory expansion of China YOUJI has commenced.

The Phase IV factory of China YOUJI was completed, covering a land area of 60,000 square meters and a building area of 40,000 square meters.
